I have a question for you FFL06 holders out there in LA/OC/SB county about zoning and usage. I am in the last stages of my FFL06 being complete and hit a road block with my ATF investigator about zoning. This is her first FFL06 so she is really versed in the process.
She believes that I might have a zoning issue where I want to set up shop
Its in Acton, CA unincorporated LA county, so no municipal issue.
I have already contacted all three counties zoning/usage and business license departments and they all believe ammunition manufacturing would fall under fireworks with a $8,000 permit price tag. Now, I know that cant be right, because no one would pay that and there already FFL06 guys doing business?
