Orange County FFL Friendly to Interstate Transfer

My father bought me 2 weapons for Bday,,,thanks pop!! But he lives in Las Vegas, NV and I'm looking for FFL in Orange County to accept hand delivery from father and process transaction for me. I understand the process from the 2008 thread from Librarian - just need to find FFL that will accept hand delivery as to avoid shipping from FFL in Vegas and their associated fee's as well.

Sig 1911 22lr " off roster " the ultra deadly green one - 12 rd mag replaced with factory 10rd.
