Oregon FFL question about shipping mags to CA

I had a similar thread about this, but I want to as point-blank.
Can I market "standard capacity" mags to CA dudes?

You guys are always looking for them, and its legal to ship as "parts kits" for people that want to have them for collections, or assembling when shooting while visiting free states, or just saving to assemble for when they eventually move out of CA.

Is it that easy, or are there Ninjas waiting to put the Fail on mag suppliers?

There is a letter from the CA DOJ which has been posted which says that parts kits are fine, in case you are interested. I am not sure of where it is though.

I would only market repair parts kits that are disassembled. I would not market them as standard capacity magazines.

An easy thing to do is just say 30 round magazine for sale or if you live in California I can ship it as a parts repair kit.
www.tenpercentfirearms.com was open from 2005 until 2018. I now own Westside Arms.

You could also say that parts kits are available.
