    How to cancel indefinate delays

I have a few guys on delays from January with no end in sight. DOJ phones just ring busy these days.

Questions- What is the procedure for cancelling a transaction due to a delay. And what forms need to be completed ie cancel DROS, mark cancel 4473.

Lastly- Do you guys policies on a how a delay will be handled when the customer signs.

    Thanks,
    Tim

Our customer agreement does not cover a DOJ delay. My other question would be do you want to cancel their DROS or does the customer?

You can cancel the DROS when you log on to the DOJ web site. Click the review button, then enter the DROS number. At the bottom is a button for cancel DROS.

Is it just me, or is anyone else getting tired of the delays with the excuse they are busy and can't keep up?

Thanks for the info. The delayed buyers have very common names. They're completing the eligibility forms with finger prints. Hopefully that clears things up.

Not if it's over a month old, right? Than it has to be a physical cancelation
