Got in trouble with the law need to transfer fire before 4-15-2013

I was stopped for carrying a concealed weapon and now I'm in trouble with law enforcement. This is the problem they want my guns and I'm just not going to do that first of all. Next I have up to the 4-15-2013 when I go to court to have started the paperwork to transfer the firearms to my friend. The problem is they gave me a piece of paperwork stating that I can not be around firearms so I had my friend put them in storeage for me then I wrote a contract stating that I GAVE HIM PREMISSION TO to store the firearm then I had a notary sign the paperwork that stopped law enforcement up too 4-15-2013

I can not go into a place that has firearms in it knowingly to do the paperwork or I go to jail

Yes I did this to myself and yes I'm willing to pay the price for this action but I need assistance.

I can not afford a lawyer and so I'm doing this myself if I can find someone whom has a FLL License and is willing to the transfer than I can go from there

I live in Placer County Northern California

Get a freaking loan! You want a lawyer for what could potentially change the rest of your life. You will regret it later if you don't.

Sorry, I don't know of any FFLs.

Beg your parents, brothers, aunts, uncles, cousins, payday loans. Like tenpercent said it will change your life if u don't. If they have charged u with a felony how will that look on future job applications? It not just about your 2a rights it you being able to provide for yourself in the future

How exactly were you stopped if You don 't mind me asking? Were you in a public place and carrying a gun?

You can't afford to NOT have an attorney. 12025 is a misdemeanor (the first time) but there may be mitigating circumstances regarding the arrest.
If you can't afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you at no charge. (Miranda.)

Try this thread. I don't know what area of Placer county you are in, but if you are near Truckee, Tim is a good guy.

Use the following form and any FFL can do the transfer:

                  Kemasa.
False signature edited by Paul: Banned from the FFL forum due to being rude and insulting. Doing this continues his abuse.

Go to gunbroker.com they have a list of FFLs by zip code, and I'm sure there is someone able to come to you for the transfers, by the way what were you thinking doing what you did is the location where you were in that dangerous?
