Can anyone please tell me if this rifle is CA legal? I went to the savage website and looked at the specs and it seems like it met all the criteria to be a CA legal (ie. bolt action, 10rd mag cap, etc.); however, when I ordered the rifle online I receive an email from the store cancelling my order due to the rifle not being a CA legal. Can anyone please give me some advice? I appreciate in advance.

The rifle is 100% CA legal.
Some out-of-state vendors are anti-CA and will not ship firearms they think is illegal to CA, even though they are CA legal.
