Got a little BIN happy this weekend.. need quick advice.

Gunbroker - bought two handguns. One in state, but too far to drive. One out of state.

I had a brain fart and forgot about the 1 FFL per 30 day on handguns.

    1. I still want both guns.
    2. I'll pay both guys ASAP.

    QUESTION:
Can my FFL accept both guns and do one transfer and 30+ days later do the other transfer?

    or

Do I have to ask one of the sellers to take my money, and ship in 30+ days when my FFL says it's time?

GACK - I don't want to have to eat crow and ask one of the two guys to hold off shipping for 30 days.
GAD, I feel like such a putz.

Thanks ahead of time for your words of wisdom to this ignorant FOOL.

Outstanding. I can't get through to my FFL, so thought I'd post here!

It is entirely up to your FFL. Personally, I have plenty of safe space and would let you stack up nearly as many handguns as you want. I would just move them to the back if necessary once you hit the dozen mark.
www.tenpercentfirearms.com was open from 2005 until 2018. I now own Westside Arms.

I JUST didn't want to have to go back to the sellers and impose something stupid on them. One is a noob from CA the other a seasoned FFL (bigtime seller on GB). So I would have gone with the out of state FFL.

I actually did this once with SummitGunBroker. Mark just said - pay me and tell me when to send it... but I was embarrassed...

          Take care - Scott
