FFL Guidance for Glock Variant

I am looking for some FFL guidance on transferring an out of state Glock to CA.

The firearm under consideration is a Glock 20 10mm Hunting Pac. The Hunting Pac includes both 4.60" and 6.00" barrels and two 15 round magazines.

According to the Roster of Handguns Certified for Sale in CA, the Glock 20 10mm, Steel/Polymer pistol with 4.60" barrel is certified until 12/31/2013.

Assuming the seller disassembles the magazines as kits, and shipped the handgun with the 4.60" installed in the slide, would this transfer be legal? If not, do you have any recommendation as to how to legitimately do this?

The issue is academic since the firearm has now been sold, but for future reference, if anyone can provide some guidance as to my original question, here is the Glock I was referring to.

As long as the model is on the list, as described, then it is ok to transfer, meaning that the barrel length matches and there is no other name on the firearm, etc., it would be legal to transfer. You can change things after you get it, it is only the transfer which is limited.

The transfer might go easier if the part magazines were shipped directly to you or that you talk to the FFL in advance.
