New DROS delay policy?

An employee from the store where I work recently attended an ATF/DOJ seminar in Redding. If I understand correctly, DOJ said at this seminar that in the future, ALL DROS's would expire after 30 days, even those in a delay status. Has anyone else heard this? Perhaps someone else who attended the seminar?
