30 day question? Handgun 1 in 30 starts when DROS submitted,

Hi, I have a question about the 30 days. I did my paperwork for a handgun(and longgun, thanks Ernie!) on the 04th. 2/04/13.
I just purchased a Beretta92fs. My pickup date is on the 03/12/13.
Am I okay? Does the 30 day wait apply to my pick up date or the date I file my paperwork for the new gun?

Can you move this to the handgun section, mods? I dont want to repost.

The 30 day wait starts the day you submit your paperwork.

Yeah, I know. I need to know if the pick-up date is counted or not, but I am pretty sure it is, since I wont actually HAVE the pistol until 3/12.

pick-up date has nothing to do with it. It's 30 days and 1 min from the date and time you (your FFL) hit send on the paper work the day you bought the first hand gun
