    SELLING GUN PARTS AND ACCESSORIES

    Gotta question for you guys.
If one is engaged in selling gun parts and accessories online, but not the parts that requires FFL (no lower receivers). Parts like, quadrails, bipods, triggers, barrels, etc... Is FFL required for this type of business?

    Thanks.

    You answered your own question.

but not the parts that requires FFL

So as long as one does not get engaged in parts that require FFL, one can freely sell gun parts? Provided that all other necessary business permits are in place.
