Need FFL Recommendation/Referral in SoCal/Los Angeles Please

I have a SAR-1 coming from the east coast from a private party. The rifle will be CA compliant - either featureless or maglock, five round magazines.

I live in Venice and work in Van Nuys.

Of my two go-to FFL's, one (Torrance) politely informed me he'd prefer not to deal in these rifles right now, and I've not heard back from the other in over three weeks (Simi Valley).

Can someone recommend a square FFL who charges reasonable transfer fees who will accept shipment from a private party out-of-state?

I'd prefer a small/family business FFL but beggars can't be choosers at this point.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you.

    Hey Brian,

    Try going on Gunbroker.com

You can search their database of FFL's in your area. They oftentimes have little tidbits about what special services they offer, etc. Plus, I'd "assume" that if you're a FFL in CA and are listed on Gunbroker...you're comfortable with out of state guns coming in....

Not sure about the private party aspect, but I used Gun Gallery in Glendale to accept shipment of an out-of-state rifle. Small shop, nice guys, and they know their EBR's~! Give them a call and ask for Kevin or Robert. 818-244-9800.

I can do it. Send me a message if interested. I am in Simi Valley, so I am wondering who the other FFL in Simi Valley you are talking about.
