Eagle Arms AR-10 stripped lower, Banned or OLL?

Eagle Arms by Armalite, AR-10 stripped lower, Banned or OLL?

I checked the chart but it appears it only addresses the dash-15 models. Clarification please!!

The CalGuns flowchart shows Armalite AR 10 (all) are banned by name, as well as the awguide from the CA DOJ. So it is not a OLL.

It is legal as long as you don't make it a semi-auto firearm.

Does it say "Armalite" on it? Or just Eagle Arms?
