Selling a AR w/off list lower questions

A few years ago I purchased a Spikes off list lower from a local dealer. Added a DPMS parts kit, bullet button, A2 stock, and topped it with a 450 Bushmaster upper. Eotech 517, Eotech 3X, ammo too.
Thinking about selling it. Can I PPT at my local dealer? Does the rifle need to be disassembled? If so, how far does the rifle need to be disassembled?

    thank you

As long as it's legal most ffls have zero issue with transfering the entire weapon. If they have an issue or space concerns give the buyer everything and dros just the lower.

With all due respect,,How did you buy the rifle in the first place?

Purchased the stripped Spikes lower at a Sonoma County gun shop. Also purchased the lower parts kit at that time.
The upper was purchased online at Gunbroker. Optics from ebay.

Sounds legal. Sell it complete. If in doubt use the rifle flow chart link at the top of the forum.
