Hey guys, I know it's been beat to death, but I can't find any answers regarding my specific question.
My girlfriend is looking to purchase her first handgun, but her address doesn't match her D.L. We just moved here and she hasn't had time to make it to the DMV, yet.
Would her unemployment (EDD) mail count as a P.O.R.? It's .gov issued mail through the State of California. If not, would her voter registration count? It's also .gov issued.
The DMV is just packed in Pleasanton, and a hassle, all together. Not to mention she's going to be starting a job at H&R Block next week, so Idk when she'll make it in.
