I placed an order on Dec. 22nd and never heard a word from them and received no email. All items I ordered were listed in stock. I called them on Dec. 28th and they told me one item was out of stock and to call back in a week. They billed my CC on Jan. 3rd. and that has been it...!
Nothing...Nada. You can't get them on the phone, no calls being answered, you can't leave a message as all the mailboxes are full. You send them an email and get an automated reply saying they're overwhelmed with orders.
What a great company...you can't contact them in any fashion now, no updates on my order and they've got my money.
Ever since the company changed hands the customer service has been mediocre at best.
I will NEVER order from the company again and if I don't get an update by the end of the week I'll be disputing the CC charge and I will buy my products elsewhere as I have already located everything I need from other vendors whom I trust.
Since there is no way to contact them to cancel the order...too bad...
