fighter4cage, thanks for the list but I really had in mind recommendations of FFL's that were actually in Chico.

And, I suppose I should have been a lot more specific here, I was hoping to avoid the retailers. They seem to have more than a bit of attitude when it comes to guns that didn't originate from they're shelves even if it's something they would never think of putting on they're shelves in the first place.

But, my search had a happy ending. I found a new(ish) FFL (as in not burnt out from dealing with us) that I am very pleased with. He goes by the name Benjamin West (probably his parents idea) and he's not only nice to deal with he's pleasantly affordable. On top of the unavoidable $25 DROS he only charges another $20.
