I am just making you guys aware of how RSR treated me with my last order. Late December I placed an order for several hunting rifles, grip extentions, and cable locks. After a week had passed, I inquired with my sales rep. He told me the original order # was assigned a new order #, however, I was unable to view the new order in my account info online. I patiently waited as I understood they were overwhelmed with orders. Well, they finally shipped the order and the "new" order and invoice magically appeared...the prices were raised dramatically from the original order and the small items were removed from the order. I am just a small business and based my prices to customers on the original order prices. My profit margin was on those rifles was cut almost in half. Not a good way to treat people. I have complained to RSR and will be awaiting their reply. I will not be ordering from RSR in the future.
