Transfer ak without magazine?

Hello,

Looking at buying ak .. But the seller does not have a magazine for it.. So,
Can i buy it and have it transfered to my ffl without a magazine. The seller and me (the buyer) are in california.. It has a bullet button..

Perfectly legal but, some FFLs have their own policies against it. So, check with the FFL before going there for the PPT.
