A question on out of state purchase

I'm on a Walther PP kick lately. Just bought a Manurhin .32 at an LGS and I've found a few more on gun broker that I'm interested in. I know these aren't on the roster, but they are C&R according to BATF (only the Manurhin ones, not the made in Germany Ulm/Do guns). Can I legally bring one into the state?

C&R handguns are exempt from California's safe handgun roster, so your local dealer can do the transfer for you. In addition to the Manurhins which are listed by name as C&R, any PPK that is at least 50 years old is also C&R.
