Shipping AK to CA, quick question

I'm shipping a Waffen Werks AK 74 into CA. My question is can I ship it with NO magazine in the mag well and a Solar Tactical Gen 2 lock installed? I'm all out of the 10 rounders I normally throw on with the lock.
