Question about selling gunpowder

I was wondering if any of you guys know what type of requirements there are for selling gunpowder and primers?

There are no requirements on a state or Federal level, but you need to check with your city and/or county as to local regulations for storage.

The exception would be black powder, as it is classed as an explosive and regulated by BATFE.

I know my city requires a hazmat permit over a certain quantity but otherwise does not regulate the sales of smokeless powder or primers.
