    03 FFL Question

    I have an 03 currently, and I bought a couple lower receivers for an AR-15. Do I need to enter the lowers into my bound book when I receive them after the 10-day wait? Or do I not have to because they aren't C&R? Any help is appreciated, thank you.

      They're not C&R -- they don't go in your bound book.
