    PPT shipping scenario

    Hi guys, if you have a FFL Dealer selling you his private firearm (rifle) and he has to ship it to an FFL (norcal to socal) how does that work? For a PPT don't you both have to be present at the time you do the PPT?

    If shipped, it's not a PPT. It's a dealer transfer at the receiving FFL with no fee restriction.
