I have an 06FFL that was issued for a business location in a different city. I'm trying to change the location to my home and I'm hitting some issues with the city.
Question: My city fire department is using state bases fire codes, how is it that homebased 06FFL's get approval? It appears that it's the classification of the gun powder and it's storage.
I'm trying to argue codes I'm not 100% up tp speed on. It appears they are applying commercial standards because it is a business.
