    Inter Family transfer

Was going to have my 19 year old daughter buy a lower and build a AR, But i guess (assume) you need to be 21 years old to buy a lower from what i have been told.

So was wondering if this is the right form to transfer one of mine to her.

    Thanks for all your help.

    No paper needed, until 2014.

If it's a concern for you, she could file that, but there's no real point.

Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!

        Only certain family members: parent/child/grandparent/grandchild.

Brothers & sisters are not exempt, nor are step-parents or in-laws.

Long gun serial numbers have to be submitted like handguns, so most likely all of the restrictions would apply the same as handguns.
