    Draco 7.62x39 pistol.

Just need some clarification. First off, the firearm is a Draco 7.62x39 7" barrel no stock w/ pistol grip and bullet button. One of my guys registered it as a long gun, which I know is wrong, but before i correct it i want to know if it's legal. Bullet button 5 round mag pistol AK legal? Or is it suppose to be single shot. By the way it's a PPT.

If it's a PPT, then It "should" have already been registered as a "pistol" in CA. If a CA, NON-leo purchased it as the first owner in CA, it should have been SSE intially, because it's a non-rostered pistol, hence registered first as pistol.

Then that first owner can PPT the pistol as a standard PPT to anyone that can legally own a firearm in CA and you do not need to SSE the weapon for a PPT.
