Anyone Use "Autogun Tracker Registration"?

Does anyone use this company for their gunstore? It is basically an all in one 4473, Dros, A&D, etc atomated system. Their website is https://www.cactisolutions.com/CactiSolutions.aspx. It sounds pretty good but wanted to see if anyone has tried it before jumping in or if there are better options.

I know City Arms in Pacifica uses some system where the customer enters their information into computers that are set up and it automatically generates the DROS. I don't know if this is what they use but I'm looking for a similar system to reduce the chances of errors.

Does anyone know about this company or a similar one that might be better?

I'm interested in all-in-one software also. As for the customer entering all the info in the computer, maybe you are thinking of the e4473 which you can download here: http://www.atf.gov/applications/e4473/. Makes it near impossible to make a mistake and everything is legible. Customer enters all of their info and then the program stops to wait for dealer password to take over all the dealer/firearm info.

That's not the system that they use but I didn't know an e4473 existed. That will definitely be helpful for the time being. Thanks!

For practice, I entered all of my personal information as if I was a customer. One thing I noticed is that there is no "cancel" button once you get into the dealer section. If you need to cancel, go through the whole thing and then there is a cancel button at the end.
