Do you need an FFL open a shooting range?

Does anyone know anything on the requirements to open an indoor shooting range. I'm sure you would need some special permit or something. If there are any current shooting range owners out there, your advice would be appreciated.

If you have an indoor range, you are going to need rental guns. The only way to have guns for rent is to have a FFL so distributors and manufacturers will ship them to you.

to reload and sell ammunition you will need one and to transfer multiple firearms to your company without a 30 day period on each one. Unless you are planning on opening a range that just sells lane time...

I had the same thought a few weeks ago but I have a good friend called Google.
