    A question about my 03 FFL

    I just recently received my license and packet in the mail but I have a question.

    Is there a cool down period? Or can I buy my first rifle right away? The expiration date on my license states Nov. 1st 2015 which is a little more than 3 years. Do I have to wait until Nov. 1st to start buying?

          Cool. Also what is the point of the small information card cutout if it says not for use with sales?
