    I have never heard of a "hold off". Can you scan an example and redact the customer name so we know what you are talking about?

    A delay means they have not said no and they are not saying yes. You hold onto the gun until they say denied after delay or release after delay. If they release it after delay, the 30 days restarts from release date.
