    Pistols through USPS

now not withstanding California's laws on Pistol transfers, how do you all read this, I have never read this one before

I have always thought that all pistols regardless of state law had to be mailed by cotract carriers such as fedex or UPS. Has something changed?

No recent changes; FFLs have been able to send handguns via US Mail for years. Don't know when Domestic Mail Manual first had that.

It's only Licensed Dealers and Licensed Manufacturers that can mail handguns, and only to and from other Licensed Dealers and Licensed Manufacturers.
