Building and Selling Pattern Rifle Questions

Hello,
I would like to know if any dealers out there have experience building and selling pattern AR rifles from parts, etc. We are a new 07 FFL and just getting ready to open our shop and see this as a possible option for offering relatively inexpensive entry level AR type rifle but not sure what the process would be as far as properly documenting the transfer (stripped lower in, complete rifle out). Also was wondering if this is being done, what kind of warranty (manufacture warranty on the parts?) is being offered.

Any input would be appreciated.
