The Kel-Tec SUB-2000 can be made CA legal via fixed magazine option (maglock + 10 round or less magazine & a 1" stock/barrel extension) or featureless option (grip wrap & a 1" stock/barrel extension).

Overall length of the Kel-Tec SUB-2000 is around 29", so a 1" stock or barrel extension needs to be added to it to meet the minimum 30" overall length requirement.

The stock does not fold, the barrel assembly folds. Since, it can not be fired when folded, the folded overall length is not an issue.
