I have a customer who's really wanting to buy an AR Pistol. I've seen a few threads that point to spike tactical allowing you to send them your SBR upper and BB and they'll assemble the pistol for you on one of their lowers then ship to your FFL.
My customer is looking at the Rock River Arms "LAR-PDS Pistol" as what he's wanting to get. From my understanding of the law the pistol would need to be converted to single shot (0 round mag + bullet button) prior to coming into the state and then everything would just DROS as such.
My question is this... even though there are several RRA lower receivers on the AW ban list, the LAR-PDS is not specifically mentioned. IF all modifications were made prior to the pistol being shipped into the state could it be sold and DROS'd legally?
