    Here's your not so typical solution.

    Wait until the 27th.

    Have the selling dealer get with CA DOJ - setup the required paperwork - scan to PDF and email to your dealer.

        This points out why so many OOS dealers don't want to deal with CA. No disrespect to CA FFLs -- it's that damn law that went into effect 01 July 2008.
