I would like to sell a couple C&R rifles. What does the buyer need to provide to ensure they are eligible to own a firearm? What are my responsibilities as a seller?

If you are selling to another non-FFL then you need to...
- make sure the C&R rifle is also at least 50 years old.
- make sure the buyer is at least 18 years old.
- have no reason to believe that the buyer is a resident of another State.
- have no reason to believe that the buyer is a prohibited person.__________________
