Just got the "reminder" letter from CA DOJ that the FFL is due to expire next month, but nothing from BATFE, no renewal form, etc. Are they just late or is there someplace online / on phone that I should follow up with? No business or licensing issues, and inspected by both last year.

I'd call ATF ASAP and get that taken care of. You should have gotten a renewal notice like months ago. Call them Monday and worst case you can get an extension letter while they work things out.

What he said. You should have receiver the renewal already, so you will need to get the extension letter, as well as getting the application in asap.

I just got back in the country from an extended vacation and found it in the mail. Will fill it out and return it priority mail tomorrow. Thanks.
