Looking for a place in orange county to do a ppt at a fair price?

I am trying to find a place at a fair price near the seller in orange county for a ppt? Also if you know the location and prices please list.

If it's an actual PPT (i.e. face-to-face), the state caps what can be charged at $35, including DROS fees.
