What is the procedure for a PPT as far as paperwork goes for multiple long guns? Is it 4473 and dros?

BTW, while it is rare, if the buyer has a FFL in their name for their personal collection, then a 4473 is not required, only the DROS. It only makes sense for a FFL to do a PPT for handguns since no DROS is required when they transfer long guns from their inventory to their personal collection.
I would also enter firearms into the bound book for any transfer, even if it is not held overnight. I do wonder if it is required or not though.Kemasa.

You can have a separate book for PPTs, but unless you do a lot of them, I am not sure what it buys you, other than keeping things separate.Kemasa.
