10-Day Waiting Period Multiple DROS Ok?

My friend did a PPT to me for a 92FS last Saturday. An office mate of mine is getting out of the hobby and is giving me a very good deal on his 21SF as well as a Colt Combat Commander Series 80.

Although PPT is excluded from the one purchase per 30-day period, I have no idea if I can do another PPT with 2 pistols even if I currently have a pending wait.

I sold 2 S&Ws to a guy who said he had bought another a couple days before. The guy at Turners knew about his other purchase and had no problem doing the paperwork on the ones I was selling.

The 1-in-30 and the 10-day wait are entirely separate.

You could buy PPT every day of the week and have 7 different 10-day waits going at the same time - no problem.

You could make 10 different PPT buys on the same day at the same or different shops, and have 10 separate 10-day waits at the same time.

If you can afford it, have fun!

Thanks for the info. That helps a lot. Would call my friend tomorrow to have it done, and I will just pick all of it up the same day next month.
