    cmp question

    I was wondering, when ordering an M1 Garand from CMP to be shipped to CA. Do I need to have it sent to an FFL since I don't one.

          No ffl required. You have to meet all the requirements first. Check out their web site.

              CMP has an exemption from Congress I believe.

              Someone will have to be home to sign for it or you can pick it up at the local Fedex station.
