im applying for my type 07ffl as we speak. im at the business lic point and waiting to hear back from them. i bought the 123ffl.com kit online and he mentioned that he never registered for the itar and payed the $2500 fee. did you pay? im not clear what to do.

I to have the 07 and you do not have to pay this tax. This applies if you are importing weapons which we are not. Stay under the 50 manufacturing limit and your ok with that tax or Unless you are a big shop then go for it!!
