Off Roster Sale to Fire Dept Inspector?

My question is can I order and sell a non-Roster handgun (Glock Gen4) to someone that works for the Fire Dept as an Inspector or do they have to specifically be a LEO?
    Thanks

Ask if they are a peace officer.

Good question. I interpret it as law enforcement only. But I'm still learning and don't know 100%
      ,
and our leaders allow themselves to be spoon fed with foreign BS and have forgotten that the great majority of americans do not live in secluded gated comunities with private security 24/7 like they do, while the rest of us are subject to defending ourselves without Police escorts whenever we need it. they dont realize we are subject to different dangers than they are, and we must have and keep the right do defend ourselves!

Read through PC 830 and following.

In this case, it looks like 830.37 might be the part that applies
The following persons are peace officers ...
        (a) Members of an arson-investigating unit, regularly paid and
employed in that capacity, of a fire department or fire protection
agency of a county, city, city and county, district, or the state, if
the primary duty of these peace officers is the detection and
apprehension of persons who have violated any fire law or committed
        insurance fraud.
        (b) Members other than members of an arson-investigating unit,
regularly paid and employed in that capacity, of a fire department or
fire protection agency of a county, city, city and county, district,
or the state, if the primary duty of these peace officers, when
acting in that capacity, is the enforcement of laws relating to fire
        prevention or fire suppression.

Our Local inspector is responsible for Inspection and Enforcement And he is a sworn position. I would expect the answer to be yes, but a quick call to DOJ would clear it up right fast.

In my area, the local firemen that are certified peace officers have that peace officer status stamped on the back of their fire ID.

Hell, I've been missing out for all these years... Been a Battalion Chief since 2000 and doing fire cause investigation including arson. Have been through the level III, II, I PC 832 as well.

OOH, OOH! I see a whole bunch of off roster HGs in my future.
