California Underfolder question????

Hi guys,

My first post on this forum.

I ran a group buy over on the Ak Files forum and have a buyer in the state of CA that wants to buy a Polish underfolder. The question is this.....Can I have the supplier of the Polish Underfolder send the Rifle to a middleman/ffl in CA and have them make the propoer modifications to the rifle without first having to render the rifle CA compliant?

I know its a loaded question, but I have a guy who is going to miss out if we can't find a legal way to do this.

Only if the CA FFL dealer has an assault weapons permit.

If the CA FFL dealer does not have an assault weapons permit, the rifle needs to be made CA compliant prior to being shipped to CA.
