How to sell personal stock?

I have a quick question? I am an 07FFL and would like to sell a personal firearm (.22 Ruger 10/22) to someone..

Now do I transfer it to my book than sell it as stock or do it as a PPT?

And is it just that easy to transfer it to my book as stock than sell it?

You can just transfer it to your book and do it as a PPT.

If you bought it through your business, did not fill out a 4473 and have not have it a year, then you need to run it thought your bound book, which means that you would have to do the transfer or transfer it to another dealer as coming from your FFL, not from you personally.

There is also a personal disposition log which you are supposed to fill out.
