Sorry if this is a dumb question or has been asked before my googlefu is off today. I am located in salinas ca and I have found a rifle in the LA area and would like to trade. The seller of the rifle in LA has never shipped a firearm before and neither have I.
So my questions are...
how do I do this?
What fees should I expect to pay?
Does anyone know of a ffl in Monterey county that would do this?
Would it be easier to arrange a meet somewhere in the middle to do a face to face?
