    Shipping to an FFL

    I'm looking into buying an AR-15 from a private party in state. My question is: Can a private party legally ship an AR15 (lower or complete) to an FFL, or does it have to be shipped from an FFL? Thanks!

      yes, but the FFL is not legally required to accept a shipment from a private party.
