anyone ever have an FFL tell you to come back MORE than 10 days after waiting period?

This happened today: I did a DROS for a gun I had shipped to an LGS. They called, I went in right away. This is a well-regarded shop, and they're good guys. But the DROS was submitted at 3:30pm 4/2/2025. So I should be able to pick up on 2/12 after 3:30, right? They didn't give me a copy of the actual DROS paperwork, but that's when it was completed/submitted, and I'm pretty sure the guy said to pick it up the 15th.
The time it is exactly 240 hrs is a Saturday, and I can definitely understand quoting the next day, Sunday (they're open), just to provide a safe margin. But Tuesday? (they're closed Monday.) I can't figure out the reason for the extra, 12th day. The only thing I can think of is that they're very busy on Sat and Sun, and don't want to do the final handoff then.

I don't want to be a d*ck, but I want to add this gun to my CCW, and I'd like to have a range session with it before I qualify. Am I out of line to show up on Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning, when the legal 240 hrs has been satisfied?

It used to be standard procedure with many gun shops to make people wait for 11 days just to prevent an uninformed employee from giving it out hours early.
