Trying to navigate becoming a dealer, need help seems impossible

I have my FFL 01 and an LLC. My city permit is pending a Dealer number from California. So, I went to apply for wholesale and resale of firearms on the State tax site and it wants the CA Firearms License number. I went to sign up for the Centralized list to get that number and it wants the tax ID number that I cannot complete yet. It also wants local firearms license. The city and county I am in does not have that, other than a business license. It seems it is set up for failure from the get-go. If anyone can help me or give me some guidance I would appreciate it.

You might try to get to the FFL dealer only forum and as their advice.

I only have my 03 but from what I have read here you need a special concoction of Legal Advice, Black Magic, Timing (that the speedbump is on vacation), Harry Potter's Liquid Luck and a superior ability to persevere against the bureaupathic attitude this state has against gun stores.

There doesn't seem to be any one thing to start the process. Rather it is a process to keep slaying dragons, one at a time, eventually everything will be complete.
